It seems they have an accelerated program at ROSWELL high school, since most of the gang is graduating after only three years on the air, with the May 14 series finale episode "Graduation."

As teased by the UPN marketing department, the final hour of the series loved by fans, but just not quite enough of them, promises to be a "compelling finale will present shocking plot twists and resolve many of the distinctively romantic - and emotionally moving - storylines"

"(Executive Producer) Ronald D. Moore and I had the fans very much on our minds when we were writing this final episode," creator and executive producer Jason Katims said in a brief statement about the final show. "We felt they deserved a great ending."

The final hour will air between 9:00 and 10:00 PM next Tuesday.
