“Busted” – 3ADA01 – October 9, 2001

The young lovers, Max and Liz, are caught and arrested when they hold up a convenience store in order to gain access to the storage facility beneath it, where they believe the ship that brought Max to Earth is hidden. In the subsequent hearing, Max's father handles their defense, but Liz's parents lose confidence after a discussion with the prosecutor. Two juxtaposed chronologies detail both Max and Liz's legal battles and the events leading up to the holdup, including how they acquired the ship's key.

“Michael, the Guys, and the Great Snapple Caper” – 3ADA02 – October 16, 2001

Michael works as a security guard at Meta-Chem, but when he tries to loosen up his co-workers, he causes more harm than good. Meanwhile, Max and Liz continue to see each other despite her parents' wishes.

“Significant Others” – 3ADA03 – October 23, 2001

Liz learns a secret from her father's past that casts her relationship with Max in a new light; Isabel and Jesse make a decision about their future; Maria is angry that Michael spends so much time with his new friends.

“Control” – 3ADA05 – November 6, 2001

Relying on his alien powers, Max forces an alien shape-shifter to help him locate the spaceship that brought them to Earth. Back in Roswell, Isabel and Jesse face negative reactions from friends and family about their upcoming nuptials.

“Interruptus” – 3ADA07 – November 20, 2001

While on their honeymoon, Isabel and Jesse are stalked by her alien lover, Kivar, who wants to take Isabel back to their home planet. Meanwhile, Liz and Maria learn that Philip is investigating Max and Tess' disappearance.

“Behind the Music” – 3ADA08 – November 27, 2001

Maria's dream of becoming a singer-songwriter resurfaces when an old flame arrives for a visit, leading her to question her relationship with Michael. Also, Isabel becomes involved in Max's efforts to block his father's investigation into Tess' whereabouts.

“Samuel Rising”– 3ADA09 – December 18, 2001

An autistic boy approaches a startled Max and speaks for the first time in years, prompting Max to question whether the child is a link to his own lost son. To find out, he involves himself in the boy's life. In other events, Isabel is intent on making her first Christmas with Jesse as perfect as possible while also trying to shepherd the annual holiday festival to success. To that end, she recruits Maria and Liz as elves to help Michael, who's playing the part of Santa. In addition, Kyle meets his father's new girlfriend for the first time.

“A Tale of Two Parties” – 3ADA10 – January, 2002

Max and Maria join forces in an attempt to locate the infamous Roswell New Year's rave. Also, Isabel helps Kyle find the perfect date, leading him to rethink his feelings for her; Michael gets completely wasted and crashes in Liz's bed.

“I Married an Alien” – 3ADA11 – January 29, 2002

Intermixing vignettes from an imaginary 1960s sitcom titled "I Married an Alien," (like "Bewitched" but with an alien instead of a witch) this inventive episode finds an old college buddy of Jesse's paying newlyweds Jesse and Isabel a visit. Now an investigative reporter, the friend uncovers evidence that may suggest Isabel, Max and Michael are aliens.

“Ch-ch-changes” – 3ADA12 – February 5, 2001

When Liz experiences alien-like changes to her body, she's forced to contemplate leaving Roswell. In other events: Maria is offered a recording contract in New York City.

“Panacea” – 3ADA13 – February 12, 2001

Michael, Max and Isabel are drawn into a mystery at Meta-Chem when Michael's co-worker friend is murdered on the job; Liz settles in at a strict all-girls school; and Maria travels to the Big Apple to record her demo.

Michael, Jesse and Valenti call on a discredited doctor to help the wounded Isabel. Also, Clayton Wheeler undergoes an amazing transformation and soon finds himself drawn to Liz; and Jesse quizzes Michael about Isabel's alien roots.

In the aftermath of Max's death and rebirth, a glitch anoints Michael as the new king of the aliens - and slowly diminishes Max's special powers. Meanwhile, Jesse seeks professional help in order to cope with his newfound knowledge.

“Crash” – 3ADA16 – April 30, 2002

Michael convinces Max to help him investigate a strange disturbance in the desert that the Air Force claims was the result of a malfunctioning fighter jet. In other events: while Jesse is away on business with her father, Isabel stays with her mother.

“Four Aliens and a Baby”– 3ADA17 – May 7, 2002

Tess escapes from a downed alien ship being studied at an Air Force base, leaving a bloody trail in her wake - and bringing with her Max's infant son. While the military unleashes a dragnet in an effort to capture her, Max, Isabel and Michael work to get her to safety. Also: Isabel's parents confront her with a videotape that shows off some of Isabel's special powers.

“Graduation” – 3ADA18 – May 14, 2002

In a voice-over at the start of this emotional conclusion of the series, Liz says: "Even when you see the future...fate has a way of intervening and upsetting the best-laid plans of mice and men." Apparently, that insight applies to aliens, too. Here, as Liz and Max mull life after high school, Liz discovers that she possesses the power of premonition, and predicts that a Crashdown patron is in danger. Later, she foresees the slayings of herself, Max, Isabel and Michael. Also, Jesse is offered a high-paying job in Boston; Maria and Michael visit a tarot-card reader; and Kyle contemplates a new direction.
